PINTRO through the eyes of a colleague: Boucherie Baud

Browsing the internet, I found PINTRO. I was convinced after a demonstration. Even though I put the PINTRO demonstrator to the test by giving him the toughest, most irregularly shaped chunks of meat I could find, the machine (and the operator) were able to process everything without any problems. We still use the machine for all our kebabs, no matter the quantity. If we are making bigger batches, we assign two employees to the machine: a filler and an operator. One person is sufficient for smaller batches. That is one of the machine’s biggest advantages.

On top of that, the machine is very easy to use and hardly requires any maintenance. When I’m finished, I simply put the machine and the accessories into the dishwasher.

Another big advantage I noticed right away is that the machine adapts itself to the type of kebab you are making, so we didn’t have to adapt our product to what the machine can or can’t do.

Apart from myself, several of my employees also use the machine. It’s so user-friendly that practically everyone can use it.

I recommend this machine to everyone who makes kebabs. It’s a lot faster than doing this manually, and the machine produces a uniform result. I actually couldn’t do without our Pintro P480 anymore!
